Official channel
Requests should be sent through the Support page with “Law Enforcement Request” in the subject and must include the requesting agency, officer name, official contact details and legal authority.
Scope
Requests should identify the relevant account, username, URL, date range or other specific information. Overly broad requests may require clarification.
Preservation
A preservation request should identify the information to be preserved and the applicable period. Preservation does not guarantee that particular information exists or is retained.
Emergency matters
If there is an imminent threat to life or serious physical harm, clearly mark the request as an emergency and explain the nature of the emergency and the information sought.
User notice
Where legally permitted and appropriate, Flix2Watch may notify an affected user about a request concerning their account.
